How To Mail-in Repair Guide [Quick and Easy!]
1 – Please book your repair on this site here
2 – Post your device to us via Royal Mail – please choose Special Delivery – we recommend Special Delivery to be the safest, quickest and most trusted method for valuable parcels.
Package your device in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap (preferably 5) and pack tight in a cardboard box, and then again in a padded bag.
Please ensure you package your device safely and securely as we cannot be held responsible for any damage to any device whilst in transit to our repair lab, so PLEASE PACK WELL 🙂 Thanks!
- We strongly recommend any passcodes or pattern locks are disabled before sending in, this is so we can perform our full checks post repair to confirm the repair has been successful
- If this is not possible, due to the device not functioning correctly – Please include any passcode / pattern locks with the information requested below.
- If we cannot test your device after we have performed any repair or service, and if for any reason your device has to be sent back to us again for a 2nd time, you may be responsible for any return postage
