In Store repairs

Our in-store service allows you to have your device repaired straight away, while you wait. 

To save time you can pay online and visit us in store at 94 High Street, to complete your repair.

You will be informed about the time required for each repair when you book in your device. 

postal repairs

We offer our expert + express repair service across the UK.

If you are not based in Birmingham or you can't get to us, the most convenient way is to mail in your device.

 

1- Please order your repair on this site.

Please include a printout of the order confirmation, otherwise write down your order number, contact number and full name together with your return address.

2- Package your device in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap and pack tight in a cardboard box, and then again in a padded bag.

3- Please ensure you package your device safely and securely. We cannot be held responsible for any damage to any device whilst in transit to our repair lab.

4- Post your device to us via Royal Mail  - please choose Special Delivery   
we recommend Special Delivery to be the safest, quickest and most trusted method for valuable parcels.

We will repair and post back your device via Special Delivery, it's fully tracked and insured, so it gets home safely.

We are located next to HSBC, opposite the ASDA store.

Our current store opening hours are 9.30am - 6pm Monday to Saturday.

On Sundays we are open from 11am til 4pm

We  can fix your iPhone screen in as little as 30-60 minutes.

During busy periods this repair can take upto 2 hours to complete.

All repairs include thorough post repair testing and retesting procedures.

Please note this repair will not fix any unrelated or unreported faults.

Apple only supply their own manufacturing facilities.

All our parts are manufactured to the same rigourous standards.

We insist on AAA grade components and assemblies for all our repair procedures.

This is supported by our 12 month warranty on all parts that are fitted to your device.

If you require our certified technicians to diagnose the fault(s) with your device then please choose our 'Diagnostic Service'. 

If you decide to proceed with our recommended repair,  then this cost will then be deducted from the price of the repair.

To recieive the best service from your phone we would recommend a battery replacement after about 12 months of usage.

Yes, we perform a full screen replacement repair regardless of the size of the crack in your screen.

A small crack will gradually spread over the screen, and can cause further damage to your device or fingers.

We only require your phone for a repair to be carried out.

We do not need sim or memory cards or any other type of accessory.

Your device is in safe hands with celltech, you can back-up and reset it back to the factory settings before we receive it.

We recommend this as a safe precaution for  both security purposes and for your peace of mind.

We need access to your device, without any identification procedure, so we can test and retest your repair thoroughly

 

Online all payments are made upfront.

In store payments are usually taken after the repair procedure has been completed.

We offer expert and express repair services for all makes and models of mobile phone.

A hardware repair should not affect your data. Repairs of a software nature can affect your data.

However, as a precaution, we do advise all customers to backup their data before getting their device repaired.

Please note we cannot be held responsible for any loss of data due to repairs performed on your device, please

ensure any important data is backed up before the device is booked in. 

We operate in accordance with ethical and legal practises with respect to your private data.

Yes, phone unlocking is offered as a 'repair service' on our site. Please search for your specific model.

This service will allow you to use different network sim cards in your phone. 

If your phone model is not listed please reach out to us and we will try our best to help you.

Yes, sure.

Just choose 'Diagnostic Service' for your selected phone or device.

Thorough checks are conducted and any fault(s) will be identified.

If you decide to continue with the prescribed repair, this cost will be deducted.

Yes, You can continue adding repairs until you are ready to checkout.

Saving you time and perhaps postage.

If a device has been reported lost or stolen it will be blocked, rendering it useless.

Dealing in blocked devices is a criminal offence imprisionable by law.

Warranty

Yes. We offer a 12 month peace of mind warranty on all our repairs with the exception of liquid damaged devices.

Please refer to the 'liquid damage' section in our warranty policy.

Like most third-party repair companies, use of our services can void your manufacturer’s warranty.

We do however provide our own warranty for all our repairs.
