If you are not based in Birmingham or you can't get to us, the most convenient way is to mail in your device.
1 - Please book your repair on this site here
2 - Package your device in at least 3 layers of bubble wrap and pack tight in a cardboard box, and then again in a padded bag.
Please ensure you package your device safely and securely.
We cannot be held responsible for any damage to any device whilst in transit to our repair lab.
Please include a printout of the order confirmation, otherwise write down your order number, contact number and full name together with your return address.
Post your device to us via Royal Mail - please choose Special Delivery
we recommend Special Delivery to be the safest, quickest and most trusted method for valuable parcels.
