In the case of liquid damaged devices, where time and efforts are invested into the repair process, we reserve the right to apply a small handling fee, should the repair not be successful.
This can typically be a nominal sum of £10.00 (and rarely increase to £25.00) and where this policy applies, we shall refund any sum paid by you less our handling fee.
All screens and component part(s) are tested thoroughly before shipping.
celltech does not and will not accept any liability for the competency or lack thereof in performing any repair.
We are solely supplying component part(s) and do not take responsibility for any user/installer error, mistake or damage caused.
It is the buyers responsibility to have the supplied component part(s) installed by a professional or a competent individual with repair knowledge.
We highly recommend your data is wiped or backed up via your operating system (iOS, Android, Windows Mobile) before sending your device to us.

Our repairs are carried out in a professionally but we cannot guarantee the data will be on the mobile device when it is returned to you.
We do not offer a data recovery service. Pin Locks and passwords and other identification security must be removed before you send your device to us. We advise that all sim cards, memory cards and accessories are removed from the device before sending to us for repair. We cannot be held liable for any loss of accessory. We may need to update your mobile operating system to ensure the repair is carried out correctly and sucessfully.
By sending your mobile device to celltechmobilerepairs, you agree to release us from all claims, damages or losses with respect to the mobile device, any data stored therein or on any media used in conjunction with the mobile device (This could be in the form of personal details, SMS, photos, videos, games, music or other data). We accept no responsibility in relation to the security, protection, confidentiality or use of such data and it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that such data is removed from the mobile device prior to sending the device to celltechmobilerepairs
We try to answer all communication (email, messenger, twitter) messages within 24 hours.
This may be slightly longer if you email or message us during a Sunday or Public Holiday.
Our technicians always test your device on arrival and prior to it being returned to you.
We test all essential functions of the device, including the buttons, sound, vibration, cameras, charging port, speakers, signal, Wifi, screen, to confirm and ascertain your device repair requirements.
At celltech we always try to repair your device within 48 hours of receiving it.
As is the nature of the repair process we sometimes come across issues that hinder the smooth operation of the repair process.
If for any reason your repair may take longer than you expect, we will always inform you of the reason and the estimated completion and return date.
If we need to order parts and component assemblies, this process may be subject to an awaiting parts delay.
We will always inform you and keep you updated throughout the repair process of your device.
Please be aware diagnostics may take longer than usual repairs
Please be advised we cannot guarantee your device will be repaired after we diagnose the fault.
Liquid damage repairs can take up to 7 - 10 days to complete.
Any logic board / motherboard related repairs can take up to 7 - 10 days to complete.
Any software related repairs can take up to 7 - 10 days to complete.
Orders which have multiple repairs or require additional component assemblies may take longer.
Our turnaround times offer an estimate for completion of the repair process, please note this is an estimate only and does not form any obligation under the terms of this agreement.
We are not bound by the Divine construct of time in this context.
We offer a high prioritybooking in service for a repair that is time sensitive and urgent.
This service will guarantee your device be repaired and returned the same day.
Postal repairs will be repaired and mailed back on the same day they are recieved.
A £19.97 fee is chargeable for this guaranteed same day repaired and returned service.
Our liability is limited. The is nothing in these terms and conditions of use excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence, or our fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
