Unlock Criteria for EE/ O2/ Three/ Giffgaff & Tesco:

  • Device must not be blacklisted i.e. reported lost or stolen
  • Cannot be a device Apple have replaced under warranty.
  • Device to have been used on a UK network for 6 months from brand new.
  • Unlock completion time can take up to 2-5 working days. 
  • We will notify you via email/ SMS once your device has been successfully unlocked.  
    Please NoteIf these criteria are not met and you still proceed with this unlock then we unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

      Unlock Criteria for Vodafone:

      • Pay monthly customer - Sim card to have been used for a period of 3 months in the device you wish to unlock & all bill payments are up to date. 
      • Pay as you go customer - Sim card to have been used for at least 30 days in the device. 
      • Vodafone Business Plans are currently not supported.  
      • Please enter the mobile number that has been used with your device.
      • Unlock completion time can take up to 10 days
      • We will notify you via email/ SMS once your device has been successfully unlocked.
