Here a faulty touchscreen IC could be at fault.

  • Due to the investigative nature of this repair, it can take a little extra time for a successful diagnosis, usually 2 - 3 working days. We will keep you informed about our progress and findings.
  • Please note should you decide to continue with our recommended repair after our inspections, this diagnostic fee will be fully deducted from the total cost.

If you continue with the recommended repair we will test and re-test it to make sure it's working as it should and post your device back to you, well packed - using Royal Mail guaranteed next day, tracked + insured delivery, so it gets back home safely.
