How to Package Your Device
Proper packaging protects your device in transit. Follow these steps for a safe journey.
Power off your device
Switch off completely. Remove SIM card and any cases or accessories.
Wrap in 5-10 layers of bubble wrap
Generous wrapping is key. Cover all corners and the screen face. Secure with tape.
Place in a sturdy cardboard box
Use a rigid box slightly larger than your wrapped device. Fill gaps with scrunched newspaper or packing peanuts.
Seal the box properly
Use strong packing tape on all seams. The box should feel solid with no movement inside.
Include your booking reference
Write your name, booking reference, and return address on a slip of paper inside the box.
