celltech was born from a simple belief: quality repair should be accessible to everyone. Not just those who can afford a flagship replacement. Not just those near an Apple Store. Everyone.
The Beginning
I'm Sajad, founder of celltech. I'm a father of five, born and raised in Birmingham, with over 25 years in the tech industry. I've always been the person people come to when something breaks.
For years, I watched families — including my own — face the same impossible choice: pay hundreds to replace a device, or pay nearly as much for a mediocre repair from somewhere you couldn't trust. Neither option felt right.
I saw devices thrown away that needed a £40 battery. Laptops binned because of a cracked screen. Gaming consoles abandoned because nobody nearby could fix them. The waste was staggering, and the cost to families was real.
So I built celltech. Not as a franchise. Not backed by investors. Built from experience, from frustration, and from a genuine belief that we can do better.
