How Our Mail-In Service Works

Step 1: Request a Repair

Tell us what's wrong with your iPad. Cracked screen? Battery dying? Not turning on? We'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email.

Step 2: Send Your iPad

Package your iPad securely (we'll explain how below), attach our prepaid label, and drop it at any Royal Mail post office or collection point. Shipping is fully tracked and insured.

Step 3: We Diagnose and Quote

When your iPad arrives, we diagnose the issue and send you a quote. No surprises. If you've told us the problem upfront, the quote usually matches our initial estimate.

Step 4: Approval and Repair

Once you approve the quote, we repair your iPad same-day. Most repairs take 1-4 hours depending on the issue.

Step 5: Return Shipping

We pack your repaired iPad securely and send it back via Royal Mail tracked delivery. You'll receive tracking details immediately.

• Keyboard or case — remove before shipping
• SIM card — remove cellular iPads' SIM cards

Warning

Important: Disable Find My iPad before sending if possible. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Find My → Find My iPad and turn it off. This allows us to fully test the repair. If you can't disable it (because the iPad won't turn on), that's fine — just let us know.

How to Package Your iPad Safely

Proper packaging prevents shipping damage. Here's what works:

1. Remove any case
   Cases can shift during shipping and put pressure on the screen.
2. Wrap the iPad
   Use bubble wrap, a towel, or clothing. The goal is cushioning on all sides.
3. Use a sturdy box
   A plain cardboard box works best. Don't use the original Apple packaging — it's too recognisable and can attract theft.
4. Fill empty space
   Scrunch up newspaper or use packing material so the iPad doesn't move inside the box.
5. Include your details
   A note with your name, phone number, email, and description of the problem.
6. Seal securely
   Tape all seams. Don't rely on just folding the flaps.
7. Attach our prepaid label
   Cover or remove any old labels to avoid routing errors.
